BACKThe focus of my training, coaching and consulting work is creating conditions for growth and development for individuals, teams and organisations. I offer clients the opportunity to view our work together through the lens of ‘human systems development’. Clients have reported that they notice an increased ability to respond more resiliently and creatively to the normal ups and downs of organisation life and not take everything ‘just’ personally. They can operate more effectively in multiple contexts, take up their authority and employ practical methods for reducing the restraining forces (internal and external) that are getting in the way.
